About Stackweaver

Stackweaver builds and develops digital products for independent businesses. We also explore product partnerships with businesses and operate programmes including the Stackweaver Founders’ Circle.

Information on this website is provided to explain our company, products, programmes and partnership opportunities.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, information published on this website does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee that a particular product, service, partnership or programme will be available to you.

Using our website

You may use our website for lawful personal or business purposes.

You must not use the website in any way that could damage, disable, disrupt or compromise the website, our systems or the experience of other users.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, server, database or connected system.

You must not use automated systems to extract substantial amounts of content or data from the website without our permission.

You must not introduce malicious software, harmful code or any technology intended to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.

Our products

Stackweaver may develop, operate or provide access to digital products through this website or through separate product websites and platforms.

Individual products may have their own terms, licence conditions, payment arrangements and acceptable use requirements. Where separate product terms apply, those terms will govern your use of that product.

Information about a product on the Stackweaver website is intended as a general description. Features, availability and functionality may change as products are developed and improved.

Where you purchase or subscribe to a specific product, the terms presented to you as part of that purchase or registration will form part of your agreement with us.

The Founders’ Circle

The Founders’ Circle is a Stackweaver programme through which eligible members may obtain a Pioneer Licence providing access to qualifying Stackweaver products.

The website provides general information about the programme. The specific products covered, eligibility, licence rights, payment terms and any exclusions will be set out in the Pioneer Licence terms provided to you before you make a payment.

Submitting an enquiry about the Founders’ Circle does not guarantee membership or create a contract between you and Stackweaver.

A Pioneer Licence becomes effective only when the applicable terms have been agreed and the required payment has been received.

Product Partnerships

Stackweaver may work with businesses and founders to explore, develop and commercialise software products that address practical business needs.

Submitting a product idea or contacting us about a potential partnership does not automatically create a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship or other legal arrangement between you and Stackweaver.

Any Product Partnership that proceeds beyond initial discussions will be governed by a separate written agreement setting out matters including responsibilities, investment, intellectual property, ownership, commercial rights and any revenue arrangements.

Information and ideas you provide remain yours unless ownership or other rights are expressly transferred under a separate written agreement.

Initial enquiries do not automatically create a confidential relationship. Where discussions involve commercially sensitive information, appropriate confidentiality arrangements may be agreed before that information is shared.

Enquiries and communications

You may contact us through the forms and contact details provided on our website.

You agree that the information you provide will be accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.

Submitting an enquiry does not oblige Stackweaver to accept a project, provide a product, enter into a partnership or offer membership of any programme.

We may contact you using the details you provide for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and continuing relevant discussions.

Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy and Cookie Policy.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website and its content are owned by or licensed to Stackweaver Limited.

This includes our branding, written content, graphics, designs, software, website structure and other original materials.

You may view and use the website for your own personal or legitimate business purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit substantial parts of our website or content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Stackweaver, Paycilo and the names and branding of our other products and programmes may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to Stackweaver Limited or their respective owners.

Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Information on our website

We aim to keep the information on our website clear and accurate.

However, our products and business are continually developing. We may update, remove or change website content, product descriptions, programme details or availability without prior notice.

We do not guarantee that every piece of information on the website will always be complete, current or free from errors.

You should not rely on general website content as professional, legal, financial, tax or investment advice.

Availability of the website

We aim to keep the website available and working reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may temporarily suspend, restrict or change the website where necessary for maintenance, security, development or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for temporary interruptions that are beyond our reasonable control.

Third party services and links

Our website may contain links to websites, platforms or services operated by other organisations.

We provide these links where we believe they may be useful or relevant. We do not control third party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

Your use of a third party service may be governed by separate terms between you and that provider.

The inclusion of a link does not necessarily mean that Stackweaver endorses or has a commercial relationship with the organisation operating that website.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stackweaver is not responsible for losses arising solely from your reliance on general information published on this website or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For business users, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or anticipated savings, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability relating to a specific Stackweaver product, Pioneer Licence, Product Partnership or other paid service will be governed by the terms applicable to that particular agreement.

Privacy and cookies

We respect your privacy and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Our Privacy and Cookie Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it and the choices available to you.

By using our website, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in that policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our website, products, business or legal obligations.

The latest version will always be published on this page with the date it was last updated.

Changes to these website terms will not automatically alter the terms of an existing Pioneer Licence, Product Partnership or other separate agreement.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

No waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a right available to us under these terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.

Disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.

Any mandatory legal rights available to you as a consumer remain unaffected.
